IT'S FOR THE BEST TO CHOOSE

Some were very sure and already decided what they are going to take up in college. But me, I was in the crossroad. I dreamed about a lot of things I wanted to be in the future. But I don’t know where I should start. At first, I would like to take up Psychology coz’ it’s the best thing for me, based on what I really want. But there’s still something that is bugging me, there’s less opportunity for me to reach the future I wanted to have if I’ll stay up with that course because it isn't that kind of in demand. Though, my family wanted me to take up Pharmacy. It’s a really hard of work. But, there would be greater opportunities for me to commit all my goals in life.
Now, I made up my mind. I’ll take up Pharmacy. And I wish this could be the best way for me to attain all my dreams in life. To have the future I wanted to be. That the decision I’ll make today is for my future for me and for my future family.

CHANGE, a simple but very meaningful word.

Some people chose to remain the same. Just to be their selves, what they used to be. While the others, they look forward to new experiences. Everything around us is changing with the passage of time. Our physical appearance do, and so our inner personality. Each individual get a change to bring a change in his life. We change to become a better one.

Change doesn't mean that we’re bad enough that we really need to change. We need change coz’ there’s no permanent in life. We change because we need to. We can’t change the world, if we can’t change our own self. I believe the change is within me. That I can change the world without any supernatural strength. That I have a power to turn this world in to a better home. But I can’t deny the fact, that I’m still that “short”. That I still don’t have the capability of changing the world. But I should not be so negative. I know, time can tell.

The small things I’m doing for now, will change into a bigger one when time comes.

KANNAWIDAN: A Showcase Of Culture And Tradition

When I was a kid, every time I hear the word Kannawida, the first thing that always come to my mind, is FOOD. Why food? Coz’ we only ate every time my Dad and Mom took me there. We never watched, like we should supposed to do. All I knew that Kannawidan is a food fair.

Not until I grew up. My cousins took me there, not to eat but to watch. Then I’ve realized what really Kannawidan is. Kannawidan is a festival. It is how the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur exhibits and promotes the products and precious cultures of Ilocanos. This annual event seeks to make people aware of the rich Ilocano culture, traditions and practices so that they would be preserved. The festival includes competitions that involve their local products like basi drinking competition and empanada eating contest.

Kannawidan Festival is very enjoyable and fun. It shows how really creative the Ylocanos are and how good they are in preserving their culture and traditions though, we already living in this generation of technologies.

REFLECTION: CHAPTER III

This is it. Our 3rd Grading period. We’re almost there. At the end.

First of all I think I would fail this grading period. I just think so. If we try to rate my LAZINESS from the past two grading period, you would surely wont believe. Tracy’s 1st grading laziness rate was 2 STARS. While the second grading was still 2. And this period is F-I-V-E. I hate myself for this. My activities are late most of it. Especially my blog. Well at least my activities in notepads were passed on time.

This period was not hard that much. Well, we’d learn a lot of codes for our webpage to work. It’s really hard to memorize but it’s fun putting up the codes. If you put the wrong codes, you would start all over again. Our project is FUN for this period. We made a webpage. A whole page. It was a group so it’s not really hard to do. Maybe you are wondering what does
,
and
are doing in this post. Well they are some examples of codes we used.

I maybe failed this period, but I promise, next period, I would be tornado.
NEW YEAR, NEW ME
Have you wrote your New Year’s resolutions? I’m sure you already did.
Maybe last year was a big failure to you. Or maybe last year was your greatest year were you had you greatest achievements. But no worries dear, ‘cause you still have a lot of days and years to correct your mistakes and to do better. I’m sure you promised to yourself not to do the things again that brought you to failure. And I’m sure you promised to yourself to maintain your good attitudes and even to gain more motivations to look forward to you plans. So did you promise to change? You did? So do I. I've been in my most downfall moments, and I wont let them to bring me down all over and not to move on. Isn't it great to have hope that maybe, this coming year, this year would be the perfect time to get out of your boxes and start a new better life? Yes indeed. I didn't promise anything. I didn't promise to myself to lose weight to gain height. ‘Cause I swear that was my New Year’s resolutions for almost 4 years. And I broke it. I ate a lot and I less slept. Oh honestly, I've promised something to myself for this upcoming year 2015. Sorry I felt irrepressible. So what do I promised? To become BRAVE and have a lot of HOPES and to keep on moving no matter what happen.
God gave us another year, another 365 days to live. Don’t waste any of it. ‘Cause they are precious or else in the end you will regret. Happy New Year everyon
e. Enjoy your 2015. God Bless.
CHRISTMAS FOR EVERYONE

Feeling cold? Too lazy to wake up every morning? Do you feel like chilling every time you wear your too comfy-shorts and t-shirt? Of course you do. It’s Christmas season. Houses are full of flickering lights. Families are happy putting up their Christmas trees. Kids and some oldies (maybe?) are singing Merry Christmas outside your house. Gosh, Christmas is really really special.
Some kids are too excited to open their presents like they even asking their moms to make Christmas be celebrate as early as tomorrow. Everybody wrote down their Christmas lists hoping that Santa would grant it all. But do you know what really the importance of Christmas is? Is to give joy to one another. To have peace. Give forgiveness. And to remember our savior’s birth date.

CLIMATE CHANGE

What is Climate Change anyway? Well, based in researches, it i a change in global or regional climate patterns, in particular a change apparent from the mid to late 20th century onward and attributed largely to the increase levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by the use of fossil fuels.
So why climate change is not an Eco-friendly? Well, it's one of the biggest problems that threatens every living organism. It affects our health directly through increases in temperature. What causes climate change is our factories, our vehicles because they are releasing Carbon dioxide that polluting our air. We all know that we need air to breath, we need air to live. So if we inhale polluted air, we would suffer severe illnesses. Climate change is not just bad to humans but also our environment. Glaciers have shrunk, ice on rivers and lakes is breaking up earlier, plant and animal ranges have shifted and trees are flowering sooner.
And did you know that whit rapid climate change, one-fourth of Earth's species could be headed for extinction by ? Now, you know. Think smartly.
